Can I rent a bike easily if i want to do the Franciscan Way to Rome?

What about Australia? It's a big place n app only has 10 rides in the Oz download.

I see EV4 crosses Ukraine and ends in Kiev. I'm gussing thats a no go;-)

Ev2 looks interesting & ends in Moscow. Anyone know if it's possible and wise to do this route?
